All orders placed on SanthoshMani Academy will be processed within 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available) to monitor your package.
Shipping Methods
We use trusted courier partners for the safe and efficient delivery of your TNPSC books. The shipping method depends on the delivery address and the courier service available in your region.
- Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days within Tamil Nadu.
- Express Delivery: We offer an express shipping option for quicker delivery, which typically takes 1-3 business days for locations within Tamil Nadu.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as location, weather conditions, and holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the books and the delivery address. The exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount (please check the checkout page for applicable thresholds).
- Paid Shipping: For orders below the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee will apply, which will be clearly visible during checkout.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all locations within Tamil Nadu. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside Tamil Nadu at the moment. Please note that if there are restrictions in place (due to local lockdowns or other circumstances), we may experience delays in shipping your order.
Order Tracking
Once your TNPSC books are shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your delivery directly through the courier service provider’s website or by contacting our customer support team.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. SanthoshMani Academy is not responsible for delays or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Returns and Damages
